About the activity
This course is for climbers, seeking for personalized climbing training. It focuses on movement, technique, footwork, and other strategies for improving your climbing efficiency, whether leading or top roping. It also covers the psychological aspects of climbing on your limit.
- Includes: climbing equipment, certified climbing guide, rescue and third-party insurance.
- Duration: 4 o 6 hours.
You will learn about...
- Improving sport climbing techniques During this trip we will work on your climbing technique, with a focus on improving the quality of movement and strategies for lead climbing (such as visualization of route lines). We will also explore the psychological and emotional aspects of climbing.
- Belaying and falling training With this trip, we will work on awareness of falling risks, body positioning, and other skills for safer falling and dynamic belaying.
